Meisner Technique Beginner class
(18 and over)
This class is an exciting introduction into the Meisner Technique!
Dip your toe into the ocean of the technique by learning the basic fundamentals with Robyn Kay. You will begin working moment to moment, with truthful behaviors and build the muscle of getting your attention off of yourself and getting out of your head.
This class is ideal for anyone new to the technique and/or new to acting. It is not a prerequisite for the intermediate class however is recommended for those with little or no experience. By strengthening your active listening in just a few short weeks you will notice differences in all areas of your acting and possibly in your life. You'll increase confidence, become fully expressed and truly ignite your instincts. If you are looking to become compelling to watch, this is the class for you.
