Intermediate Meisner Class (18 and over)
Classes rooted in the Meisner Technique are for the actor who wants to become compelling to watch. There is a world of difference between actors who are technically good but acting from their head and the actor who is living and behaving truthfully and fully, acting from instincts. As a Meisner trained actor, you will surprise even yourself. There will be an element of danger in every performance. You will learn to take risks, build confidence and truly give people an experience by actually going through something yourself instead of just acting like it.
There is no prerequisite for this course
Each class is taught in continuous 4 week sessions and includes 8 classes, twice per week.
Taught by Robyn Kay. $299 plus HST $337.87
Fall Session: September 24th- Dec 19th
Tuesdays/Thursdays 12noon-3 pm and 6pm-9pm
Students may begin the 4 week session on any Tuesday or Thursday as classes are continuously run
