Well the time has come to say farewell to the studio that we have made a home in for the past 3 years. This space has witnessed laughter and tears that we have long lost count of. This space has taken hits from actors and been the target of many a thrown chair but has also provided a safe space for actors to dangerously rip down walls and take risks. To fall in love and to say goodbye. This space has changed along with all of us as we have grown up over the last 3 years and we will miss it terribly!! We are excited to announce our new home will be opening in August at 202 Bathurst st, the Origami Theater. Please join us for our final event at the studio and say goodbye to the old as we usher in a new era for the actor community of the Robyn Kay Studio.
For 3 nights only, we bring you our summer showcase where we will give you an experience in theatre you will never forget. Where you will witness truthful raw behaviour and actors working off each other, moment to moment as you watch them doing the Meisner Technique and a selection of scenes and monologues to inspire you and show you that we all have something to fight for.
