Congrats to my student

I would like to extend an enormous congratulations to one of my most dedicated students, Artjom Gilz. After studying with me at the studio for a year he has now moved back to Berlin and taken Germany by storm.
In just a few short weeks he has already booked 2 major international commercial campaigns for the World Wildlife Fund and Seven Seas Supplements. Keep it up Artjom, we are all very proud of you:)

Its the morning and I'm raring to go! It is going to be a beautiful day:)

If you have never experienced a Meisner Technique class before or if you have but you want more, here is your chance!

Every Sunday evening, 5-8 pm I offer a Sunday drop in class. Its a 3 hour class that will get you out of your head as you actively focus on something outside of yourself.

Hi There actors! Its me, Robyn Kay. I've got some great news and some bad news.

The great news:

There is another beginner Meisner technique class starting September 3rd. 7-9 pm Monday/Wednesday. It is a 4 week session, twice a week for $149 plus HST. Register Here

The bad news:
You have not registered yet. So I have a question for you. What do you need? What do you think is stopping you from getting where you need to be as an actor and in your career? Is there anything in particular that you struggle with or is it just a lack of direction and/or motivation?

I want to hear from you and I would be happy to meet with any first time students for a free 30 minute consultation to give you my advice on what you can do to get to the next level of your career.

We are at a crucial point in the year. How are you going to spend the next 3 months to ensure that 2014 is a wholly productive one? It is a great time to study a new technique. 3 months is a solid amount of time to really sink your teeth into a new class to learn the skills that will get you booking more jobs, build your confidence and make you a compelling actor.

So proud of Samantha Duarte. I have been coaching this wonderful actress for 6 months and she has just been signed by Glickman Alexander Talent Management. A huge Congratulations to RKS student, Tadhg McMahon for winning awards for Best Lead Actor and Best Narrative for his short film, Shooting Oliver at the Rahway International Film Festival. Congratulations to my student Brian Mifsud!! It has been a busy summer for Brian. After booking a role as a Mobster on RECALL and shooting a Christmas movie for the Hallmark channel he is now off to California to further his career. Beginning with continuing his Meisner Technique studies in San Francisco.
So proud of you Brian. Love and luck to you and cheers to your continuing success! Midnight Meisner will not be the same:)
